Please note that due to year-end shipping congestion and limited schedules by delivery companies, some orders may not arrive on your requested delivery date. We kindly ask that you place your orders as early as possible if you have urgent needs.
Holiday Closing Dates
Saturday, December 27, 2025 – Sunday, January 4, 2026 (Japan Time)
Final Order Cutoff Before Holiday
By 9:00 AM on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 (Japan Time)
Even if your order is placed before the cutoff time, please understand that items requiring additional time (such as backordered products) may be shipped after the holiday break.
Since we do not provide delivery date estimates at the time of order confirmation, please contact us in advance if you need your items by a specific date.
Inquiries and Shipping During the Break
All orders, inquiries, and damage claims received during the holiday closure will be handled sequentially starting from our reopening.
Please note that shipping and response times may take longer than usual immediately after the break due to high order volume.
