It is black, deep and fragrant, something you would not expect from its red ripe cherry-like fruit. Born in a hot country, roasted, ground and extracted.
Through this process, the fruit becomes coffee.
What was bitter and undrinkable when I was a small child will soon become an indispensable part of my life. Coffee is a refreshing drink in between work.
Coffee on an empty holiday afternoon is as comforting as the mountain air. Why is it that the coffee I enjoy at a café with my loved ones has a sweetness to it?
Tasted at different times, in different places, in different ways. Here we introduce five types of coffee utensils that harmonize with some of the many expressions of coffee.
【bico】 A cup of coffee like an old friend
I feel like he was always there, even though I haven’t seen him in a long time. No matter how much time we spend together, we are always having heartwarming conversations.
A coffee cup that continues to accompany it. The colors and shapes of the bico series emphasize the gentleness and softness typical of pottery made from clay.

【plue】 Minimalist plue series created in accordance with the essence of a coffee vessel
It doesn’t say anything, it just conveys from its appearance. A vessel of time to talk carefully with happy people you haven’t seen in a long time.
The minimalist plue series was created in accordance with the essence of a coffee vessel.

【perito】 A cup of coffee like that person standing in the cafe
Freely and preferably. Make it a point to have fun.
A cup of coffee placed in the hand of the person you naturally see at your favorite café where you spend your precious time. The perito series of oval-shaped tea vessels with a beautiful arc.

【stamug】 Coffee mug like a workmate that catches the eye in the office.
The tableware sits smartly but cheerfully by my remote work desk, reminding me of all the team members I spent time with in the office. The coffee mug stamug harmonizes functionality, playfulness, and craftsmanship.
【miyama’s Coffee Cup & Saucer】 Cup and saucer like children peering through a doorway at guests.
I am excited to carry with me the thoughts of welcoming them. We treat our guests as we would like to be treated.
Not superficial, however, nor smug. A cup and saucer with a little bit of individuality to color each encounter.
Thank you for taking a look at our coffee vessel feature.
Afterword
Coffee and pasta.
Coffee and omelette rice… etc.
I know this is a new thing, but coffee does not go well with rice.
It’s hard to notice because you drink it after dinner, but it doesn’t go well with those.
No, it’s not. Is it compatible with bread?
There are certainly times when breakfast at home is bread and coffee.
I also have toast and coffee during mornings at coffee shops.
Coffee is not that compatible with rice, but there are numerous times when coffee is essential.
When you wake up, when you move, when you work, when you read a book, when you just kind of pass the time…
After eating.
All of them are incidental to something.
Why is that?
Coffee seems like the ultimate garnish.
As the years have gone by, there have certainly been more times when I just want a cup of coffee. Is it the coffee that you really want at that moment, or is it the memory of relaxation?
After all, coffee may be something of a garnish.
