The other day, it occurred to me that I wanted a single focal length lens.
I wanted a medium telephoto lens to take pictures of food.
So here is an article listing candidate lenses.
Good lens for food photography?
Yamani also has an Instagram, and this is a photo from the other day.
So you somehow thought that a lens with a slightly longer focal length would be better.ほら
Don’t you think the perspective is a little strong?
By the way, the lens in the photo above is here.

I can’t help but feel that 50mm is fine.
But I can’t write this article if that were the case, so I promise not to say that.
Candidate Lenses
That’s why I’ll list the lenses I’m interested in.
The focal length is 80mm or more to eliminate the subtleties felt at 50mm. I would like to shoot hand-held so that I can take pictures easily and from various angles, and the image stabilization function may be essential.
My budget is about 200,000 yen. (This is just a fantasy.)
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 105mm f/1.4E ED
[itemlink post_id=”11079″]
Nikon lenses are said to have been designed with the idea of three-dimensional hi-fi.
Very expensive but looks very good. If this doesn’t work, on the other hand, I’ll be able to give up something.
Nikon AI AF DC-Nikkor 105mm f/2D
[itemlink post_id=”11084″]
This is a special lens that allows you to control the degree of out-of-focus.
Nikon AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED
[itemlink post_id=”11085″]
The camera can even shoot at equal magnification, so it has a wide range of protection. It is an old lens, but it has VR (Vibration Reduction) and is safe for hand-held shooting.
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.4G
[itemlink post_id=”11080″]
Slightly shorter than 105mm, 85mm I wonder which would be better for table photography.
Incidentally, the f/1.8 lens is very affordable at around 60,000 yen.
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8E ED VR
[itemlink post_id=”11081″]
If you had a budget of 200,000 yen, this lens would be a candidate. This is a famous lens for professional photographers.
It may or may not be possible to enjoy beautiful single-focal-length-like images in the entire range. But I don’t use the wide angle side much for cooking, and 70mm might be a bit short.
Nikon PC-E Micro NIKKOR 85mm f/2.8D
[itemlink post_id=”11083″]
It is a special lens that can shift the focus plane, or do some other small and difficult thing.
I don’t know how to use it, but I would like to try it.
Tamron SP 90mm F/2.8 Di MACRO 1:1 VC USD
[itemlink post_id=”11082″]
This is a new version of Tamron’s famous 90mm macro.
The design is chic and cool.
SIGMA 105mm F1.4 DG HSM
[itemlink post_id=”11086″]
When I bought my first SLR camera, the lens I bought with it was the SIGMA 35mm f/1.4.
This lens is called the BOKEH-MASTER lens, which is said to have a sharp focus surface and a mellow out-of-focus effect.
But it is very heavy and very big.
I think it’s a very SIGMA-like lens.
I like it! But it’s too big!
With a nice photos!
With photos I took as I liked and text that didn’t seem to persuade me, I wanted to write this article to introduce some of my favorite tableware among the reasonable number of Yamani’s tableware.
I get excited when I start with the form of anything, don’t I?
